Fast service, always friendly.

Ngl, I've always hated going to the dentist. But this place has been amazing. Dr. Le is literally the first dentist I’ve ever met who didn't make me feel judged for the state of my teeth. She is so incredibly kind, encouraging, and goes above and beyond in making sure I am comfortable and very accommodating with my anxiety. She even personally called me multiple times to coordinate my care. Definitely the first dentist I've actually felt safe with. And the first dentist that has actually made me motivated to care about my teeth. I also got some root canals done by Dr. Chou, and he was great. He was super patient with me and very quick to address any pain. It hurt, but was not his fault. My teeth were just extra spicy. He was also very diligent in his work. When he found a second channel in one of the teeth he was working on, he actually took the time to go back into the mirrored tooth on the other side that he had already closed off, just to make sure he didn't miss anything. Gabriel, the dental assistant, was also amazing. He talks to you like a normal person, explains the whole process, and is super attentive (like making sure to rinse immediately if there's a weird taste and staying on top of the suction). He does his best to make an unpleasant visit (root canals) as easy as possible and make sure you are comfortable. Also shoutout to Julissa and Marella (I might be messing the name here. I swear it starts with an M?) at the front desk for being amazing and making the estimates and financing and payments super easy to figure out. Honestly, the entire staff here is incredibly friendly, I just suck with names. I will admit, the crowns' cost is high. They are not the basic crowns that are covered by my HMO plan and it was not cheap. But it's not excessively expensive and honestly fairly priced, about average compared to other place imo. And they are great quality and are radio translucent, which will allow them to monitor under the crown just in case, which is honestly great peace of mind.
